CED VDC pioneering towards the changes in the Bodily Injury Scale 2016 Legislation

During 2015 CED has cooperated with the Spanish insurance market giving courses about the legislative changes to more than 33 insurance companies, representing the assistance of more than 1000 participants and more than 300 training hours.

During 2015 CED has cooperated with the Spanish insurance market giving courses about the  legislative changes to more than 33 insurance companies, representing the assistance of more than 1000 participants and more than 300 training hours. 

With this initiative CED VDC, leader company in this market, reaffirms its leadership in Bodily Injury Assessment  and its position in the claims market. As from January 2016 car accidents will represent due to the new compensation scale an overall increase of costs. The costs for injuries will increase about 20% compared with the indemnities paid until now being significant  the changes in both, the concepts for which indemnities might be paid and the indemnities for the deceased and major injured.
